Greetings all and I hope you all had a fantastic weekend :-)

The above picture was taken of my wife and I before our ceremony in Ireland earlier this month…. Just enjoying a little Heineken before the formals ;-)

To to give you all a little lift on this strange weathered Monday - You have just got to check out this article in the “Online Photographer” - it’s just amazing what happens in reality^^ Click here I just love the expression “An oh Sh@*$ moment”

Also continuing on the theme of photo re-touching - here’s an article I found in the Telegraph over the weekend - it seems the world of Photoshop and politics are coming together. Click here to view the article .

Just to update all my Korean students - Fandcorp English Solutions are in the process of launching a Daum and Naver cafe for English language learning. FES will be using these cafes to help you all improve your English in all areas from conversation English to TOEIC and TOEFL. Check them out here for Naver and here for Daum - Both cafes will be launched officially next week - so get joining the cafes now :-)

Well, I think that’s it for today. Have a great week everyone and talk to you all again soon

Ho guys, I hope your weekend is going well.

Firstly, I want to share with you a new blog I found - it’s called “Seth Godin’s Blog” and the guy writes about almost anything and everything to do with business, design and photography. It definitely worth checking out - click here to view it.

The above picture is of Rangkyoung and her mother, sitting on the grass at Bunratty Castle in Co Clare, Ireland. I love the way the black and white gives it an almost timeless feel.

A load of things have been happening over at Canon and Nikon. Both companies have launched new cameras this week. You can check them out by clicking here for Canon and here for Nikon - It’s getting very exciting in the world of photography these days :-)

Again I want to thank Scott Kelby for putting me on to this little gem from the Daily Telegraphy newspaper (my favourite paper by the way) concerning re-touching digital photos. - you can read the article here

Finally, please check out Fandcorp English Solutions’ newly designed website. It looks fantastic and is really fresh and modern. Check it out here

Tuesday News Update

August 21, 2007

richard-and-jacks-copy.jpg

Well, I am back at work and I am still suffering from jetlag. But it is good to be back and I am sure by the end of the week I shall be fine.

The above picture is of my younger brother and his son, Jack. To capture this shot I used the natural sunlight coming in from the window in front of by brother. I had to do a little adjustment in Photoshop to bring some light onto Jack’s face, but all in all I had to do very little to this shot.

Don’t forget to check out BCM’s updated First Class Business website It is completely redesigned and re-written and should give all you Korean students of English a good overview of this fantastic business English course.

Well, that’s it for now. I hope your week is going well.

Well, I am here at Hong Kong International Airport waiting to board my flight to London.

Most Annoying Song??

August 2, 2007

You have just got to check out these 2 videos - It’s a song called “Chocolate Rain” and perhaps it is the most annoying song you can Imagine. The singer is not bad, the music is ok, but the song is SO repetitive that it get’s into your head and you cannot help but just sing it and sing it and sing it !!!!

I think the funniest part is when the singer moves away from the microphone to take a breathe :-)

This next video is really special. Same song, but different singer … Check it out ;-)
