Photography Thursday

Hi guys, here’s a “before and after” comparison for you all.

I was introduced to the Camera RAW format about 2 years ago, and here’s why I only use Camera RAW now.

The above picture was taken inside using my camera’s built in flash rather than my attachable flash. Because I used my camera’s flash I have no real control over the intensity of the flash, but without using the flash the image would have been too dark.

By using Camera RAW I was able to tone down the highlights and remove the blown out areas on these two beautiful models. The whole process took just 2 minutes. It’s quick, simple and saves SO much time.

Carl’s Challenge

I have set a challenge for myself … to run 7 km everyday for 7 days - a total of 49 km in 1 week.

I am now on day 4 and WOW!!! it is tough !!! But I can do this.

Why? I hear you ask… well, I just wanted to challenge myself and guys, setting yourself a short term challenge can do wonders for your self-confidence and mental health^^

So why don’t you set yourself a challenge for the week. It will brighten up your life and put a smile on your face when you achieve it

The Origins of “Wassup”

One of the worst phrases to come in to the English language in recent years is the phrase “Wassup?”

This comes from the original phrase “what’s up?” - this phrase is a slang term and extremely informal and shouldn’t be used in a normal conversation and only with close friends.
