Friday Night Photos

May 31, 2008

Recently we’ve been doing a lot of Friday night parties for our English language students. Last night was not unusual. You can check out the pictures by clicking here

The above picture is of one of my wonderful level 5 students “Cecilia” She’s wonderful and outgoing and is doing really well with her English.

I think the brick wall behind her just gives this picture a little something extra.

Ian Fleming Centenary

May 26, 2008

This year marks the centenary of Ian Fleming’s birth. Ian Fleming is the creator of James Bond and I have to admit I have been a huge fan since I was 12 years old when I read my first Bond book.

To celebrate the life of Ian Fleming, BBC Radio 4 has put together a number of radio programmes about the life of Ian Fleming.

You can listen to these by clicking HERE

They are well worth a listen.

Also, for more written information on Ian Fleming you can visit these sites:

Ian Fleming’s amazing life is well worth a read. Enjoy :-)

Heron’s at Seokchon Lake!

May 10, 2008

Here’s a picture of a Heron I saw at Seokchon Lake. I was so shocked to see such a bird there as I have never seen anything like this at the lake.

I was actually jogging at the time when I saw this bird. After seeing it, I ran straight back home (thus interrupting my run) collected my camera and rushed straight back. Fortunately the bird was still there ^^
