Our fantastic Jimmy will sadly be leaving us next week, and to thank him for all his amazing support and work over the last 12 months we held a leaving party for him last night.

Now I am shocked!!!!
After living 6 years in Korea, I have found dafodils living and growing. I always though that these were only available in the United Kingdom.
That has really made my day!! - WOW such a small thing, yet it’s these small things that can bring a smile to you face.

The above picture was taken at Seokchon Lake in South Eastern Seoul last Friday night.
Taking a look at the blossom it looks like it is already in full bloom.
So, the weather’s warm, the sun is out and the Cherry Blossom is blooming ^^

I have set a challenge for myself … to run 7 km everyday for 7 days - a total of 49 km in 1 week.
I am now on day 4 and WOW!!! it is tough !!! But I can do this.
Why? I hear you ask… well, I just wanted to challenge myself and guys, setting yourself a short term challenge can do wonders for your self-confidence and mental health^^
So why don’t you set yourself a challenge for the week. It will brighten up your life and put a smile on your face when you achieve it
